My name is Gord MacGregor and I am heading the U12 Romans Program this coming season.  I have been coaching for over 27 years in the highest competitive environments within Ottawa, Ontario and Internationally.  I have coached every age group from U5 to U18 with a concentration at U13.  I am a certified coach in Lacrosse, Hockey, Soccer, Training, and hold certifications in many other sport development programs.

I believe in developing well rounded athletes with a program that focuses on fundamental skill development, game sense, speed, agility, fitness and health education.  I want to create an environment in which the players can be creative and take risks while enjoying the game.

We will operate a team program that helps each player succeed and enjoy the game in a structured professional environment.

Schedule:

• Weekly schedule will include multiple practices and games September-March.  2-5 sessions per week.

Tournaments:

• Kingston Canadians – Nov 7-9

• Oshawa HockeyFest – Dec 12-14

• Ottawa Bell Capital Cup – Dec 27-31

• Ottawa Capital Classic – Jan 16-19 

Team Fees:

• Team fees will be approximately $650 after club registration fees.

Equipment: 

• All player equipment must be Romans colours – Red, Black or White.
