ShareCOVID-19 Vaccine Status and the Potential Impact

It has come to the Executive's attention that there are some associations and ice facilities which are now mandating no entry into the arena without a completed Covid-19 vaccine (double dose). This means any person without a vaccine will not be allowed to play or watch. So far there are only a couple of facilities/associations which have this implemented and we expect there will be more to come as the season gets underway. We want all families trying out to be aware of the restrictions which are starting to occur with respect to vaccine status.
Some of the tryout games are implicated by these restrictions, in particular the tryout exhibition games at the MTK arenas. MTK facilities are the first to impose such restrictions which must be followed.
There could also be other restrictions when attending events at any arena as part of the hockey season, this will be each team's safety officer's role to share with the team if any arenas have special restrictions which are different than our own.
