This year, in partnership with the Nepean Girls Hockey Association and the Nepean Minor Hockey Association, the Osgoode Rideau Minor Hockey Association is holding a PRC intake day on Saturday, September 27th, 2014 between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. at the Walter Baker Sports Centre, 2nd floor. If your PRC has expired and you want to renew it for free, please attend this event with a completed form (Police Record Check (PRC) form), 2 valid pieces of ID, and clean photocopies of the ID, along with your ORMHA-provided volunteering letter (obtained from Kathryn Roy, ORMHA Certifications: CertsTeamLists@ormha.ca
ALL ORMHA volunteers (coach, assistant coach, on ice helper, trainer) working directly with our players require a current (less than 2 years) Police Records Check and have either attended a Speak Out session or completed the online Respect in Sport course.
