TRYOUT REGISTRATION WILL  BE AT THE FIRST ICE TIME IN OSGOODE ON SEPTEMBER 2nd:
Registration Form : Please complete registration form and bring to your first ice time.

Payment of $90 to be made payable to ORMHA by Cheque or cash only. Each registrant will be guaranteed 1 conditioning plus 3 tryout times. First releases will follow 4th ice time (except Major Midget).

You must be a member in good standing with ORMHA PRIOR to first ice time or your child will not be allowed to participate.

Please arrive min. 1 hour prior to first session. Once player is registered, they will be given a tryout jersey to keep - do not change jerseys unless executive authorizes change. Ensure that you have most recent revision of schedule.
