ORMHA Rep B ROMANS Tryouts 2013

Registration Form : Please complete registration form and bring to your first ice time starting on September 2nd.

Payment of $90 to be made payable to ORMHA by Cheque or cash only. You must be a member in good standing with ORMHA PRIOR to first ice time or your child will not be allowed to participate.

Please arrive min. 1 hour prior to first session.
